Grilled Chicken

Grilled Chicken:

Ingredients:

Chicken breast     
Bell pepper 
Tomato     
1/2 cup Rice
Halloumi cheese
Black pepper
Salt
Dry mint
Oregano
Thyme

Directions:


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken and toss well to combine.
  • Marinade for 20 minutes or more, before cooking the chicken.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Place chicken on the grill for 8-10 minutes each side.
  • Add Halloumi cheese for 1-2 minutes each side.
  • Add your vegetables with a pinch of olive oil.
  • Boil water and add your rice.

Enjoy!
