Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Bell pepper
Tomato
1/2 cup Rice
Halloumi cheese
Black pepper
Salt
Dry mint
Oregano
Thyme
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken and toss well to combine.
- Marinade for 20 minutes or more, before cooking the chicken.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Place chicken on the grill for 8-10 minutes each side.
- Add Halloumi cheese for 1-2 minutes each side.
- Add your vegetables with a pinch of olive oil.
- Boil water and add your rice.
